We have a part time position available for a Driver Helper. You will be responsible for various driving tasks when necessary. Duties include picking up and dropping off customers and/or their vehicles. Picking up parts from various vendors when needed and providing miscellaneous help in and around the office or shop when needed. Some minimal lifting of less than 40# may be required.

This position requires that you have an exceptional driving record, excellent customer skills and a professional attitude.

Service Consultant Estimator

We have an open office position for an Automotive Collision Repair Service Consultant. In this role, you will work directly with the customer to accurately estimate vehicle damages, explain the collision repair process, and schedule customer’s repair appointments.

Responsibilities include collecting claims information, coordinating pickup, delivery scheduling of a rental car, ordering visible parts per the insurance guidelines, and updating customers at prescribed intervals throughout the repair.

You will be responsible for caring for customers throughout the collision repair process from first notice of need, through delivery.

This is a fast pased position and requires that you have a professional attitude, a general knowledge of cars, proficiently with computers, excellent customer service communication skills both verbally and written.

Skills we are looking for are:

 

• Accurate typing
• Thoroughness in documentation
• Solid organizational ability
• Ability to work and be flexible within a team environment

Bonus Qualifications:

 

• 2+ years experience in a similar role as Auto Body Repair Service Writer, Collision Customer Service Manager or Insurance Field Adjuster
• Proficiency with CCC One, Audatex, and/or Mitchell estimating systems
• Prepare estimates in accordance with insurance direct repair (DRP) guidelines

Our Ideal Canidate will have:

 

• College degree
• Two plus years Estimating Experience
• I-CAR or ASE Certifications


This is a Full Time position.

The business hours you will be required to work are from 7:30AM to 5:30PM Monday – Friday

Salary is based on experience.

Technical Estimator – Repair Planning

Repair Planning Estimator works directly with dismantle technicians creating repair plans, ordering parts per insurance guidelines, and communicating necessary repair operations to insurance appraisers for billing approval. Our Unique Damage analysis process eliminates supplements, and the frustrating interruptions that accompany them.

Ideal Candidate will have 5+ years of experience estimating collision damage. Computer proficiency is required and insurance experience is a plus. We welcome technicians with 5+ years collision repair or refinish experience to apply.
