I originally had just stopped in for an estimate, but you quickly convinced me that you were a company that I wanted to do business with. During and immediately after my first visit, you took care of all the details with the insurance company and made all the arrangements for a rental car, which was waiting for me at your shop when I dropped off my car the following day. This saved me a lot of time and worry, and made the entire process very smooth and convenient. I am also extremely impressed with the exceptional quality of your work. The repairs were expertly and beautifully done. I was very pleasantly surprised that you also provided the additional courtesy of polishing and buffing the entire car . . . my '98 Honda hasn't looked this good in at least 10 years! And the cookies left in the car were a very nice final touch. I chose your shop on the recommendation of a co-worker. I will definitely spread the good word to others. A satisfied customer is always the best advertisement!
Thank you for taking care of all the details of setting up the claim with the insurance company and getting all the work authorized. This saved me a lot of time, effort, and anxiety.
