Follow these 3 easy steps to get us the information we need and we'll do the rest of the work for you:
- Make a claim (if using insurance).
Obtain a claim number and insurance company contact information.
- Take a few digital pictures of your vehicle damage
- Fill out the information below and submit the information with your digital pictures
(digital images are not necessary, but helpful to
expidite the process)
We'll take care of the rest!
- Coordinate the claims approval with the insurance company
- Pre-order the obvious parts
- Arrange for a rental car, if needed
When everything is ready, we will pick up your damaged vehicle and leave you with with a rental car at your home or office.
Unlike other shops who schedule you to drop off at some future date, your car will not sit waiting for the repairs to start since we only pick up your car when we are minutes from starting to repair it.
As always, we will contact you at triggered stages throughout the repair process. You can also follow the process of your vehicle repair online if you like.
Upon completion of the repair, you return the rental car to our shop, take care of the necessary payment , if any, and drive your repaired vehicle home!
